7. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing plan selected. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TitleAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TitleAI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination, after which it may be deleted.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms
